As you may have heard, the Missouri Appellate Apportionment Commission released the newly drawn House and Senate Districts earlier this week.  The Commission’s work changed the boundaries of our legislative districts and assigned them new numbers.

Our district, the 46th district, was combined with the neighboring 45th district, currently represented by Rep. Jason Holsman.  These two districts were reconfigured to create the newly designated 36th and 37th districts.

Given these changes, I wanted you to know that I will be running for re-election in my home district, the newly designated 36th District.  I am proud to have Rep. Holsman’s support as I launch my re-election campaign.

Jason has provided strong representation for part of the new 36th District for the past six years.  I look forward to continue working with Rep. Holsman in the legislature as he launches his own re-election campaign to represent the newly created 37th District.  I know his roots run deep in this area, and he will continue to be a passionate advocate for the needs of our region.
